Playa de Carmen
The well-known "Quinta Avenida" or 5th Avenue in Playa del Carmen runs parallel to the beach and is lined with bars, restaurants, souvenir shops and discos that are open until late at night. Most of the clubs are located on the corner with "Calle 12", some right next to each other. Most women don't pay an entry fee, but for men the entry fee varies from around €5.00 to €15.00.
Cancún
In terms of partying, almost everything in Cancun takes place in the so-called hotel zone . The big clubs such as Coco Bongo, Mandala or La Vaquita are located there. In the center itself there are more bars and restaurants for locals.
