With our rental scooters, you can explore Playa del Carmen with flexibility and ease. Whether you want to go to the bustling Quinta Avenida, hidden beaches, or cozy cafes – you decide where you want to go! The scooter can be used throughout the city, saving you long waits and high taxi fares.

We'll deliver the scooter to the agreed-upon meeting point, where the handover and a brief inspection of the vehicle will take place. You'll receive the scooter with a full tank (or full charge) and two helmets included—just hop on and ride! A valid driver's license is required, and a €50 deposit is required upon pick-up. The rental period is 24 hours, but if you'd like to stay longer, you can keep the scooter for a small surcharge of €3.00 per additional hour.

Simply select your desired date in the calendar, indicate how many days you would like to rent the vehicle and click "continue".

Then select the times from which to when you would like to rent the vehicle and tell us the location you would like to pick up the scooter.

(If the total rental period you choose is longer than 24 hours, you will be charged €3.00 per additional hour, payable in cash on the day of the first rental).

Now you can simply add the product to your shopping cart, choose whether you would like to pay directly via the website or in cash on site, and the reservation is complete.

As soon as we receive your order, we will take care of your booking and send you the exact pickup time by email as soon as possible.

When booking, please let us know your preferred scooter drop-off location within Playa del Carmen. Unfortunately, drop-off locations outside of Playa del Carmen are not possible.

You also set the times yourself. Drop-offs are possible from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Please note that the base price only includes 14 hours. Each additional hour will be charged at an additional €3.00.

Your reservation can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed pick-up time. Simply send a short message with the most important information (name, reservation number, rental date) to info@cocotoursmexiko.de , and we will refund the full amount to your payment method as quickly as possible.

In the case of short-term emergencies, we try to be as accommodating as possible.
